After the sealer was installed appropriately on the tube, slide the tube into the chamber until the ring side of the sealer touches the edge of the stainless steel chamber. The sealer should stay outside of the chamber. DO NOT force insert the sealer inside the chamber. HAND screw the metal cap in and tighten it firmly. Do not use wrench or other tools to install the metal cap. Over tighten the cap may twist the ring side of the sealer and break the seal.Test the installation with water supply. Turn off water valve if leak is detected and reinstall the sealer and metal cap carefully. Finally, if no leak detected, insert the UV lamp to the unit and connect the ballast to power supply.
